Michael comes from a small and midsize team management background, having lead and mentored teams within the Hospitality, Retail, and Information Technology industries. Michael’s focus within IT has been to cultivate cultures that highlight the virtues of documentation, cross training, caring communication, and continuous process improvement. With a goal of providing world class customer service in tandem with industry-leading MSP support efforts, Michael finds that there is no shortage of work to do to delight customers and maintain highly-performing and engaged support personnel for Intrinium.
