Many of you are actively managing or preparing your families, clients, and businesses through COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreaks around the world. We understand the seriousness of the situation and its impact. Intrinium has built our operations to be resilient from a business continuity and disaster recovery standpoint, and I wanted to highlight how we are prepared to address your ongoing needs and our commitments to you.

Support & Service

We are committed to providing our 24x7x365 support to you and all of our global customers. Our teams are already equipped to work remotely from their home and provide their normal service delivery for you in a secure manner.

As a precautionary measure to protect our employees and our clients, we will only be performing onsite visits to address critical items. We are also ensuring that our office locations are being sanitized and that hygiene products are available for our staff. Additionally, we are empowering many of our employees to work from home in order to care for their children, as several school districts have been closed for multiple weeks.

Our professional services teams, including our project management office, engineering teams, and our security consulting department will continue to provide their services remotely, utilizing secure remote access and video conferencing.

Your Intrinium Team

As a company with a distributed workforce, the Intrinium team has the technology and tools to do their job securely from any location and they are dedicated to you. We are monitoring the guidance from local and global authorities to keep everyone on our team safe. At this time our administrative and executive functions will continue as well.

If you are in need of changes to ensure your workforce can securely and reliably work from their homes, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss your needs.

We understand your strong commitment to your clients and the communities you are in as well. We feel the same way. Please reach out to us if there is anything we can do to empower your organization further to withstand these events. We are all in this together as a community.
