The Intrinium Review, November 2019

The Intrinium Review, November 2019

As we prepare for the Thanksgiving holiday, we want to give thanks to all our clients and newsletter subscribers for their continued support of our business. It is thanks to you that we can transform, secure and manage IT and security for companies across America.

With the end of the year forthcoming, we wanted to remind you of a few things that are occurring at the top of the year.

If you are currently running Windows 7, it’s time to start planning to retire the OS and address the risk of running that operating system within your environment, as it reaches end of life for support from Microsoft on January 14, 2020. For more information on the importance of updating your software, you can read more in this recent blog by Customer Service Manager, Michael Berquam.

As of January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Policy Act (CCPA) will go into effect. This act focuses on the importance of privacy and security for consumers in the state of California. While this is something that impacts California businesses, it also impacts those who service clients who live in the state of California as well. We invite you to learn more about this new regulation in this blog.

Would you or someone you know would like to be a part of the Best Place to Work in the Inland Northwest? We invite you to learn more about our current openings by visiting our careers page here. We are currently looking for our next Information Security Analyst, Senior Information Security Consultant, Human Resource Generalist, Information Security Associate, Business Analyst and a Project Manager.

On behalf of our entire team, we hope you have a happy and safe Thanksgiving!

As always, please reach out to us here with any questions, comments or concerns.
